Shipping Policy

At Live CarePhilly Publishing, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

  • All shipments are sent via USPS.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on USPS service levels but typically range between 1-5 business days depending on location.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
  • We do not offer free shipping at this time.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Live CarePhilly Publishing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact USPS to file a claim.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please allow 7 additional days before contacting USPS or reaching out to us for assistance.

6. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Love@LiveCarePhilly.Org within 5 days of delivery with:
    ✔ A photo of the damaged item
    ✔ A photo of the packaging
    ✔ Your order number
  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. That said, we see it as our purpose to manifest awesomeness. We will truly work to provide full satisfaction for any reasonable person with any reasonable claim. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we grow. 

7. Subscription Shipments

  • Subscription-based products (such as monthly comic book issues) are shipped within the first week of each month.
  • Subscription orders cannot be expedited.
